It was announced that Hekiru Hikawa's Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life manga series will receive a television anime in 2026.

It also follows Meteor Hanaori, the former hero who defeated him and is now a high school girl. This romantic comedy between a former Demon King and a former Hero is now set to be brought to life as an anime.
