There's no better feeling than getting your hands on a top-rated tech gadget -- without forking out thousands.
That's exactly what happened when I came across the Sony WF-C710N, a high-quality pair of earbuds currently on sale for $149.95.
With crystal-clear audio, seamless Bluetooth connectivity, and a comfy in-ear fit, they've quickly become my go-to -- whether I'm in the office or working from home.
With up to eight hours on a single charge, they've been a game-changer for long work sessions when a charger isn't in reach.
For the past couple of weeks, I've been trying out the Sony WF-C710N Truly Wireless earbuds in Ice Blue.
Small and compact in their recharging case, they're easy to slip into a pocket or bag -- perfect for on-the-go use.
Charging is just as simple: I plug them into the USB-C cord that permanently lives on my bedside table -- no need to hunt around for a spare cable.
While I'm usually sceptical about wearing earbuds for long periods of this, this design is surprisingly comfortable for hours of wear.
While I'm yet to test them out during a workout -- so far they have only joined me on dog walks -- I have a feeling they'll be great during Pilates and HIIT activities too.
They are even great to Facetime and video call too..
The microphone is crystal clear, even when I'm talking on the go.
I simply connect the buds to my phone and hit call, before tucking my phone back into my pocket so I can go hands-free.
But it's the great value for money that ticks the biggest box for me.
In a world with hundreds of tech-savvy headphones with expensive price tags, the fact that Sony's WF-C710N's are currently under $150 is a game-changer.
And I'm not the only one to agree -- reviews at Amazon Australia from shoppers say they are "quality earbuds".
"Great quality ear buds at a reasonable price. Long battery life, quality sound and noise cancelling ability," one shopper commented.
