GOSHEN -- The Elkhart County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Administration Building, Rooms 104, 106 and 108, at 117 N. Second St., Goshen.
The agenda includes:
-- Special use for Sugar Grove Cemetery, located along Old C.R. 17.
-- Special use for a vehicle service and repair business at 22440 Ind. 119, with the petitioners being Dalton Null and Alissa Null.
-- Special use of agricultural land that is less than 3 acres, and special use for a kennel at 30790 C.R. 42, with the petitioners being AMMF Trustee Corp. as the land contract holder and Seth Bontrager as the land contract purchaser.
-- Special use for a kennel and for a 3-foot developmental variance to allow for an existing accessory structure at 21060 U.S. 20.
-- Special use for a lawn service business at 13612 C.R. 44, with the petitioners being Wesley, Roger and Kethleen Meier.
-- Special use for a metal fabrication business, plus three developmental variances for accessory structures (one for number of structures and the second for one being 34-feet in height) and employees at 10551 C.R. 24. The petitions are Devon and Noretta Schrock.
-- A use variance to allow four dwelling units and several developmental variances at 28197 Morgan St. The petitioners are Lonnie Bontrager (buyer) and Octavio Ramos (seller).
