No. 25 FSU (3-2, 0-2) began full scale preparation for the Pitt Panthers (3-2, 1-1) on Tuesday morning.
Following practice, FSU deputy head coach Chris Thomsen and players met with the media.
Thomsen said he believes sometimes its harder to refocus after a win than a loss and cited Tuesday's practice typically being the toughest of the week.
"They were great," said Thomsen. "Great focus, great edge."

Saturday's loss to Miami marked the 7th consecutive ACC loss for Florida State.
FSU knocked off 10th ranked Alabama 31-17 in week one and will not play another non-conference game until its regular season finale at Gainesville vs. the Florida Gators.
FSU will continue its ACC slate on Saturday, October 11th in Tallahassee against the Pittsburgh Panthers. The Panthers made a change at QB on Saturday turning to freshman Mason Heintschel who led the way in a 48-7 win over Boston College.
The teams last met in 2023 at Acrisure Stadium when FSU held off the Panthers for a 24-7 win en route to an ACC Championship.
