Saturday's Red River Showdown between Texas and Oklahoma was dominated by the former, not the latter.
Texas came into the game as the No. 1 team in the country and showed why with a 34-3 win over No. 18 Oklahoma. After trailing 3-0 entering the second quarter, Texas scored 34 unanswered points to take this year's rivalry game.
Texas is now 6-0 heading into next week's showdown against Georgia while Oklahoma is 4-2.
Oklahoma fans aren't happy with this loss and some are even done with head coach Brent Venables.
"Brent does NOTHING but talk! Heck with Riley we at least won big games! Venables has 0 championships or bowl wins," one fan tweeted.
"Brent Venables is not the guy, as I've said from day one, and the sooner y'all come to realize that the better off we will be. Kelsey had Dan Lanning on a plane to Norman and Coach Bob said no!" another tweet read.
"Venables is the problem. Crazy that y'all can't see that," another fan tweeted.
"Yeah, not sure if Venables is it. Texas seems poised to take over that rivalry for the foreseeable future. OU had been the better program for decades. Texas on a another level now," another fan tweeted.
Oklahoma will be back in action next Saturday at home against South Carolina.
