PHOTOS: Prince George firefighters rescue driver trapped in car after crash on I-95

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Firefighters rescued a driver trapped in their vehicle following a crash on Interstate 95 in Prince George County on Monday.

Just before 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, crews with Prince George County Fire and EMS were called to I-95 near mile marker 46 for report of a crash.

According to fire officials, the driver and sole occupant of the car called emergency services and said that, while they were unhurt, they were trapped in their car.

The driver was safely freed from their vehicle by firefighters at the scene. According to fire officials, no serious injuries were reported.
