"Strategic changes are currently taking place in the world, and these changes are affecting the Turkic world as well as everywhere else," Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told Azerbaijani media in Gabala, APA reports.
Hakan Fidan said that the increasing institutionalization and more coordinated activities of the OTS make us more resilient to these crises: "This is the institutional position we collectively hold. On the other hand, the further development of the Turkic world states in terms of their economies, infrastructures, technologies, defense capabilities, infrastructures, basic services, and the further strengthening of industrial infrastructures actually makes each state stronger. When each strong state comes together, a stronger structure is created. Therefore, as we continue on our current path, we will encounter a Turkic world that is more resilient to global crises. Our leaders will discuss this issue tomorrow in Gabala."
