Emmerdale fans believe they've uncovered Celia Daniels' (played by Jaye Griffiths) first murder victim -- dating all the way back to 2016. During Thursday night's hour-long episode, viewers were left with their jaws on the floor after it was revealed Celia is drug dealer Ray Walters' (Joe Absolom) big boss, as well as his mother. Viewers of the ITV soap know it's been a harrowing few months for teenagers April (Amelia Flanagan) and Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle), who believe they owe a mountain of debt to Ray. In a desperate bid to pay him off, April has become one of his drug dealers.
In a recent episode of the soap, April was threatened by a man with a knife. Terrified, she handed over the bag of drugs and fled without securing payment. A shaken April and Dylan later updated Ray, who ominously warned them that his "big boss" wouldn't be pleased. It was then revealed that Ray had orchestrated the robbery himself, paying the man with the knife to scare the teens into continuing their work in order to pay off a fabricated debt. During Thursday's episode, April left her little brother Leo Goskirk (Harvey Rogerson) alone to meet Ray's latest demands. But in a rush, she accidentally dropped a bag of pills.
