I recently gifted my dog the Enabot Air 2 Plus AI companion robot for some company while I'm away from home. The results were... unexpected (more on that below), but you can now save on similar pet companion models from Enabot during Amazon Prime Day sales.
The Prime Day deals are officially kicking off, and you can find huge savings during this time on big spend items you would usually hold back on. While the AI bot I use with my pooch Mobie, isn't on sale and currently retails at £369, very similar models from the same Enabot brand are on sale and ready to snap up for much less.

You'll get features like HD night vision and self-charging, plus the security pet camera supports multi-user use, so the whole family can use it. Any recorded videos and photos can be saved to the 16GB SD card, and you can even try out video editing, music, effects and filters.
However, you won't be able to access some of the more advanced features, such as AI companionship supported by DeepSeek and ChatGPT, and you also won't be able to play around with styles and emoticons like you can on other models. For example, the Air 2 Plus allows you to add your own eyes to the bot (creepy). But if you are looking for the basics, this one saves you loads of money!
This robot offers one-touch call and two-way audio so that you can communicate whenever. You can press the call button on the ROLA Mini and there's a built-in mic and speaker so that you can communicate from your phone.
This bot offers IR night vision and video recording, four infrared LEDs and has a 32 GB memory card. It uses USB-C charging, which comes in the box, plus a MicroSD card.
A feature I adore is the climbing ability up to 15 degrees! Neat or creepy, you decide.
The EBO Air 2 pet camera has full app control and a tracked wheel design so that your pet companion can roam the entire home, and you can control its path via the EBO Home app, even programming routes. It has a 2K HD camera with infrared LEDs and custom emoticons, which means you can customize your bot to your mood, including the eyes and voice.
If you're the type of owner who wants to keep in touch when you're away from home, you can speak via the built-in speaker, and when the battery runs low, your robot makes its own way back to its charging point using infrared scanning. I don't know whether to be impressed, terrified, or both.
In my household, Mobie was about as creeped out as I was hearing my voice through a small, erratic bot that followed her around from room to room. Although she adapted after a while, she wasn't a fan of having something follow her, so if you know your pooch is anxious, you might want to limit the bot's movements to one area.
However, I loved being able to check in and speak to Mobie and keep an eye on my home when away. There are some very cool features included with all the companion robots that are worth exploring, and I love how customizable the app is.
If you do decide to level up to the Plus model, the AI features will allow you to communicate freely with the robot. However, I haven't seen this model on sale yet, but I'll keep my eyes peeled.
