Isan Diaz hit a two-out, two-run home run in the eighth inning to lift the Omaha Storm Chasers to a 5-4 win over Columbus on Friday night.
The Chasers (52-71) never led before putting together a three-run rally in the eighth. Carter Jensen and Harold Castro hit doubles to pull Omaha within 4-3, then Diaz homered to left. Castro drove in three runs on the night as he also had a two-run double in the sixth.
Columbus left a runner stranded at third base in the eighth, then Jonathan Bowlan pitched a scoreless ninth for the save.
Columbus' George Valera went 4 for 4 and hit for the cycle.
Omaha, winners of three of four games in Columbus, faces the Clippers again at 4 p.m. Saturday.
